DIPA is acronim of Daftar Isian Pelaksanaan Anggaran (List of Budget Implementation Fields) is an document of implementation of the budget that is made by the Minister / Head of Institution and approved by the Director General of Treasury on behalf of the Minister of Finance and serves as the basis for an action which resulted in expenditure of funds in the country and the burden on the budget supporting, and documents of government accounting activities.
