The fee in court basically consists of the cost  of kepaniteraan and the cost of the process. The cost of kepaniteraan is the same for each case.

The cost of process is associated with the settlement of a case. For example, the cost to call the parties the dispute, and the processing and transmission of files. The amount of this cost is not the same for each case.
